The best & the worst fashion 2011
This season, design went outrageous and many celebs surprised with daring, gleaming alternatives. But it was also a refurbished age of purity, with modesty creating a noble return.
It was also a unforgettable season for "fashion times," perpetuated by a group of star designers, who in convert became celebs themselves.
Case in point: Anne Hathaway. Although her web host gig was roundly panned, her look at the 83rd School Prizes was outlined with eight developer outfits, including Valentino to Versace.
Still, the individual most unforgettable design instant in 2011 took place outside Westminster Abbey, as Catherine Middleton walked out of her car in a gentle attire by Alexander McQueen's Debbie Burton.
