Fusion fashion: China's striking chocolate couture

Although China-born developers are yet to lead the global driveway, they've certainly got the heart to seek every one's attention.

A extraordinary dark candy design present was held last night in Shanghai to open World Chocolate Wonderland, China’s greatest dark candy amusement playground.

The designer present presented 10 apparel developed by five China designers: Taiwan-native Kang Yen-Ling (康延龄), Hsu Feng-Yu (许凤玉), Lin Guodong (林国栋), Shanghai-based Sue Lee (李鸿雁) and Beijing-born Tan Siyuan (谭思源).

The five developers worked with the wonderland manager for nearly three months on these outfits. Most have clothing facets, but are to a great extent dressed with dark candy statues.

All of the clothes were developed for the event and will be viewed throughout the dark candy amusement playground.

The self-proclaimed "world’s first dark candy style park" is presenting more than 200 dark candy art pieces in Shanghai's Himalaya Art Art gallery from November 16 to March 19, 2012.

The emphasize includes a five-ton dark candy monster, Bumblebee from “Transformers,” a dark candy Huangpu Stream, Clay Enthusiast and LV handbags.
